Absolutely no returns
on electrical components.
This policy is in place because often we can't tell if a returned electrical
part has internal damage. This is an industry return standard to protect buyers
from previously returned electrical items, improperly installed or damaged by
user error.
PART NUMBER GUARANTEE:
We guarantee that the
part number(s) being listed is/are the part number(s) being sold. Whenever possible, we show clear photos
of the parts(s) being sold to assist the buyer in making a correct decision. If
the listing you are interested in does not have any photos of the item, feel
free to request photos. It is the buyer's responsibility to order the
correct part number and to verify that the part number being purchased is the
part number that is needed. Please send us a message if you aren't sure and
require assistance. For faster service, include the equipment model number,
serial number and year in your message.

We do our best to
provide consumers with the most accurate fitment information available to make
it easier for buyers to find the right parts they are looking for, the
first time. However, there are factors beyond our control that can affect
the accuracy of fitment information. For example, chain saw bar size, chain
size and many other custom features of your model equipment can change the
standard fitment information. In addition, equipment models are
constantly being updated by the manufacturer, some superseding parts do not fit
older models. For these reasons and many more, this makes fitment almost
impossible to guarantee.
For these reasons we
will not pay for return shipping on incorrect fitment information. Even if the
buyer feels we have incorrect fitment information included in our listing, so
please be sure to order the correct part number and look carefully at all the
listing photos when available. Returns are also subject to a 20% re-stocking fee after
item is received and inspected. If an item is returned in unsellable
condition, damaged, or is not returned in its original packaging, it may not
qualify for a full refund or any refund at all.
