This is the neck from a Conn 12M Baritone Saxophone.  The sax was a school horn and the neck has had multiple dings and dents in the past that have been repaired by a professional tech.  There is no evidence that there has ever been any major creasing and the neck does play in tune but could benefit from some further professional attention to bring it up to good cosmetic condition.  For your information the Outside Diameter of the tenon is: 24.7mm and the Inside Diameter is: 22.3mm.
