Vintage 1980's Care Bears flannel pajama top, approximate size 4T. The top features a ruffle at the collar and chest, long sleeves, and a Care Bear graphic on the front. 

Good condition overall, with the sleeve cuff elastic slightly stretched out. The brand / size tag is no longer attached, so please see measurements for an accurate fit. See photos for details.
