We list pre-orders approximately 1 week before scheduled shipping date.

Please bear in mind that it is impossible for us to check every single item for minor defects as many new unread comics that arrive from the distributors now have printing faults inherited during the printing, handling, packaging, shipping and distribution process. Being a paper product,some arrive with minor imperfections or faults. New comics are accepted with flaws (i.e. spine creases, corner wear, print faults, ink marks, smudges, ink disturbance/bleeding, small tears at the spine corners) and we do not accept requests for cancellation or return of affected issues.

We do not guarantee that new comics will achieve a certain grade if submitted to CGC or CBCS etc. We do strive to supply the best condition comics and any that are unacceptable to us are returned to our suppliers.

RETURNS:

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (Clause 13), excludes the cancellation of Newspapers, Periodicals (i.e.comics), Magazines and additionally sealed products and those sold under Auction terms and these are therefore not eligible for return/cancellation and we are under no obligation to accept a cancellation or return.
