Customers may return a computer or any other purchased item unless otherwise specified, within 30 days of delivery for any reason. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed to the customer if the unit is fully operational. In the event of a return due to computer/hardware malfunction, CUSTOMER MUST NOTIFY US WITH-IN 8 DAYS OF ANY DEFECTS  OF DELIVERY OF LAPTOP ) FREDERICKSUSEDCOMPUTERS will repair the computer or laptop. If the computer cannot be repaired or replaced with the identical item, FREDERICKUSEDCOMPUTERS will refund the purchase price of the item.
