The skilcraft pencils in title description are brand new in original box. There are 4 in the box that originally had 12.
In addition, also included in this listing are many more pencils and pens, all marked gov't.
Also....there is a group of stamps and a message pad with the gov't issue number at bottom.
These were all acquired at the estate sale of a retired military officer in North Carolina.
