Tomatoes are super effective at promoting clear & clean skin. High in potassium & vitamin c - which gives the skin a wonderful healthy glow. They lycopene (antioxidant) in tomatoes helps fight free radicals and helps treat skin problems due to aging and sun damage. The natural astringent properties of tomatoes also aids in removing dirt and oil and  keeping skin free of acne & pimples. It also has pore shrinking properties to help tighten the skin.
