Bikolites are from the Philippines within the Paracale area, of the Bikol region, and are a subgroup of the Philippinite Tektites. Philippinite tektites are part of the Australasian Strewnfield.

Paracale is the most prolific of tektite sites in the Philippines. Most the Philippinites on the market will have come from this area. It is home to the large Bikolite tektites first found by van Eek.
