In order to ensure fitment, you will need to verify that the backside of your tail light has 16524516 molded into it.

Lens may have a few light scratches / scuffs from storage, but very nice condition overall.

Fits 2001-2002 Silverado & Sierra 1500, 1500HD, 2500 & 2500HD Fleetside.
