  1990's vintage California license plate in good condition. Slightly bowed. Not bent or
creased. No dents, dings, or rust. Background is lightly discolored, but overall color is
pretty good. No fading or paint loss. Has a few other small marks and spots. Light marks
around edges from a frame. Great display item or addition to a 50 states collection.
