Was a collector display item.
Condition is shown, all pictures take with Macro to show detail. Nothing seems broken on the motorcycle itself, but
it is missing the helmet, which I think is how this worked. The pull back function is not very strong at all, as seems
like it is 'skipping'. I assume related to the missing helmet and string. This is being sold as-is for parts, restore or display.
Look over pictures and ask any questions.
