Description: Up for sale is a beautiful Royal Doulton Kingswood TC1115 Single (1) Gravy Boat w/ Unattached Underplate (Sheraton Shape). At the time this listing was written, multiple place setting pieces, extra pieces, and serving pieces were available in this pattern, so be sure and check out my many other lots!
 
The gravy boat & underplate measures approximately 8.25” in the oblong dimension and the pieces in the set are marked with both of the following backstamps: “Made in England, Royal Doulton, England, Fine China, Kingswood, T.C. 1115, Royal Doulton Tableware Ltd. 1976.” or “Made in England, Royal Doulton England, Royal Doulton, Kingswood, TC1115 1976 Royal Doulton (U.K.) English Porcelain.” The gravy boat & underplate has a white/ivory base with a green laurel edge, red/blue/yellow flowers, green and brown floral designs, and a brown rim/verge. The pattern is has been discontinued with the years of manufacture between 1977 and 1998.
 
Condition: Overall, the gravy boat & underplate are in great condition and look to have been rarely used. The gravy boat & underplate were acquired as part of a much larger set with little history known; however, no major condition issues (chips, cracks, crazing) were noticed upon a thorough inspection. The pieces may show light utensil marks, cleaning or storage scratches, or very minor imperfections to the brown painted rim and verge, but the pieces look only lightly used.  If you have specific questions regarding condition, please don’t hesitate to contact me as I am more than willing to help in any way I can!
