Up for your consideration is a set of 3 empty reproduction M1 carbine 50 round ammunition cartons, with a LAKE CITY ORDNANCE PLANT (LC) label.

 Winchester Repeating Arms was the manufacturer responsible for the development of the M1 Carbine, as well as the .30 Carbine round, and did manufacture various types of small arms ammunition during WW2. However, the Lake City Ordnance Plant, owned and operated by Remington, was the first ammunition plant built that took raw materials in one end and sent finished rounds out the other. The largest percentage of carbine ammunition produced in WWII came from Lake City, and production continued well into the 1960s.  

Each "Buy It Now" single purchase is for 3 unassembled cartons with an early "LAKE CITY ORDNANCE PLANT" label. The lot number is hand stamped on the lid prior to shipping, either matching my original cartons, or if you prefer, I can match the lot number of a spam can or crate that you may have. The cartons will be shipped flat, with assembly instructions. I had a lot of these made, so if you want multiple sets, just change the auction quantity before you click on the "Buy It Now" button.
