19C Conta & Boehme Figural Match Holder with Striker inside, designed as a Young Girl in a Canoe.
The Match Holder measures about 3 1/2" tall and 4" in length. 
I was able to find this on another website and they had described it as a Conta & Boehme Matchstriker but I have not verified it.
There is a firing split with a stabilized crack coming out of it (see photos). All in all, still a nice very old piece. No marks were found other than the painter's number.
