Unwanted Purchases/Your Right to Cancel: You must notify us of your intent to cancel within 7 days of the date of delivery to your address. Returned items must be in their original and unused condition and correctly packed as same way item received, complete with all parts, accessories and original packaging. Any return must be received back within 30 days of the purchase date. A refund of the order will be processed within 5 days of receipt of the returned item. Please note Express Delivery charges will not be refunded. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
Faulty Products: In the unlikely event of your item arriving damaged or faulty, please ensure that you notify us within 7 days of receipt and we will provide a replacement. If your item develops a fault within 14 days of purchase, please contact us for a returns reference number.
