Excellent condition Nikon Series E 75-150mm f3.5 zoom camera lens in fixed metal manual focus Nikon Ai-S mount with generic caps as shown.

Very clear glass, no fog, no fungus, no separation, not even much dust as any lens that changes its internal volume when focusing will have. Aperture blades are free of oil and work as they should, focus smooth. Zoom is typically loose, an intentional design, see below on this subject.

Note this lens has a maximum aperture of f3.5 at all zoom positions yet retains a reasonable smallish physical size. No more having to pay attention to your exposure settings due to the maximum aperture changing (assuming you're shooting wide open).

Soapbox short tirade on this lens:

This is a significantly under-rated and under-valued lens. Back in the day a Nikon tech rep told me the Series E lenses were over-engineered to ensure a high quality image as they were the first use of plastic by a major manufacturer in a lens, commonly the aperture ring. He also said at 105mm the 75-150mm surpassed the legendary 105mm f2.5 Nikkor in all tests.

One of the reasons this lens has limited interest is Nikon's decision to make the zoom very loose, such that the zoom will not stay in place when pointed up or down. Some feel it is a defect...it is not, it's the way the lens was designed. Heft 10 of these lenses and you will see they are all this way. As a former newspaper photojournalist (17 years) I found this loose design an advantage because when I took the camera off my shoulder the lens would be pointed down such that I always knew it was at 75mm, no hunting to find where the zoom was set.
