Preparation: Ensure the surface is free from dust and grease, then dry thoroughly. A fast drying brake cleaner is recommended.

For best results use Brake Cleaner. Do not use cellulose or acrylic thinners and in all cases avoid contact with brake seals, brake hoses or rubber boots.

Mask off brake hoses, rubber boots, bleed screws etc. Mix paint well before use. Brush on evenly in one direction. The paint should be touch dry within 30-45 minutes. Second and subsequent coats must be applied within an hour of the previous coat being applied. The coating will be cured and may be re-coated after 18 hours. Once the required coverage has been achieved the caliper should be left to dry for 24 hours.

Warning: do not apply paint to rubber components, brake discs, brake pads or brake shoes. If paint contamination occurs parts must be thoroughly cleaned or replaced as necessary.
