This stone is also known by various names including Atlantis stone and Stefilias stone. This blue stone is found in only in the Dominican Republic in the Caribbean Sea on the island of Hispaniola. 

This piece has been formed using Polymer Clay combining Larimar and a Quartz point from the Ok Tedi Gold Mine in Papua New Guinea. This material was originally sourced to help the tribes people and local communities.

Its soft, soothing blues and calming turquoise is streaked with white patterns that resemble sunlight dancing beneath Caribbean waters and calls forth feelings of peace as if sitting and watching the waves roll in.

Comes on an Steel Grey Coloured adjustable Leather Strap up to 62cm. 

Australian Designer created and hand made, my pieces are one off, I do not mass produce my designs. I am an Australian Designer who has loved stones since I was a child. I was fortunate enough to have worked with a prominent Geologist who generously passed on his experience and knowledge, and I am happy to say I am still learning. 

I absolutely love this Stone, it is just like looking into the Caribbean Sea. It gives an uplifting harmonious peaceful feeling. 

If you look at this lovely blue stone you will see within it the colors of the sea and sky. Larimar is the embodiment of the tranquil Sea and Sky energies. 

Within these lovely stones there are interesting patterns of blue, white and blue-green, as well as white veins through the stone. Some of the stone may also have inclusions of grayish black or red-brown Hematite within it.
