Box and Docs Ltd predominantly deal with the trade however when special or particularly nice watches come along we retail them ourselves here on Ebay. We are a VAT and Companies House registered business with great reviews on both Ebay and Trust-pilot with over 20 years experience in pre-owned Rolex watches.

What You Will Receive
The watch will be supplied with everything shown in the images along with a 12 month movement warranty*
Pre-Sale, Servicing and Polishing.
All our watches are checked, serviced and polished if necessary by our highly experienced Rolex trained watchmakers, We pride ourselves on the quality of our watches and our customer service.
All of our watches (unless stated) are pre-owned so have been worn, we only buy in watches we would be happy to own ourselves and carefully give them a light polish to remove any scratches or marks. We never over-polish our watches, maintaining the original shape. We photograph our watches under a deliberate white LED light which shows any imperfections; these imperfections are almost invisible in normal daylight.
Payment
We accept all major credit/debit cards in person (chip and pin) and bank transfers.

Collection
Once you have committed to buy on Ebay you are more than welcome to collect and pay in person from our store (this does not apply if the watch has already been paid for online as the watch will be sent to the confirmed address only)
Bracelet Sizing
Our pre-owned watches are supplied with the links that were on the watch when we purchased it, the bracelet sizes are clearly stated in the description. Should you require further links we may be able to source these for you at an extra cost.
Our 12 Month Warranty
All our watches are water/pressure tested however our warranty does not include water damage caused by misuse or accidental damage, it covers the mechanical function of the watch only. Our warranty is non transferable.
Security
Due to security and insurance recommendations all watches are stored off site in our bank saftey deposit box, we only allow one watch per viewing which is strictly appointment only. We have no access to the store or safety deposit box outside of normal banking hours.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days if the watch is not as described, it must be in the same condition and have all its included items that you received with it, the watch will then be checked by our watchmaker before a refund is made (please contact us for our returns address)
If you wish to return the watch, you as the sender are responsible for the watch and all included items until it is signed for by us.
If the watch has been worn or any of the protective or case back stickers have been removed you will be liable to pay a 20% restocking fee or the return will be refused, so if you don't want to keep the watch don't wear it and don't remove anything please.
Your watch will be supplied with a tamper proof security sticker on the case back please only remove this once you are happy to keep the watch, this does not affect your 1 year warranty. Once the security sticker has been removed or tampered with in anyway you can no longer return the watch for exchange or refund.
Returns will be refused if the case back has been removed or the watch has been tampered with in anyway.

Scammers save it, we've heard it all before....However we do still always pass your details onto the police and Ebay.
