Vintage/Antique Brown English Leather Gladstone Bag By British Railway​

This is a 1940's small brown English leather gladstone bag


The bag has a brass clap closure, embossed with the initials:
'BRWR'
For the maker:

'British Railways Western Region'

'The Western Region was a region of British Railways from 1948. The region ceased to be an operating unit in its own right on completion of the "Organising for Quality" initiative on 6 April 1992.'

The top has a leather handle for carrying, and the bag is lined with leather.

The leather has a stunning patina, this comes through age.
Perfect for a collector or ideal for any occasion.
