This listing is for one pair decal sticker purchase (two caliper)

The sticker is decal cut hi-temperature vinyl to fit the RS brake caliper as pictured.

The listing picture shows two versions types.

You will receive decals @ 25 x 70mm.

You cannot bake the vinyl onto the caliper, you could bake the caliper first then apply the decal and then a few dust coats of lacquer which would be perfect to seal it and would cure perfectly over a few days, if baking was an option I would recommend it.

The RS factory brake logo is screen printed onto the caliper during production but this is not an option when trying to repair or refurbishing a damaged caliper. The decal stickers is printed using the same hi-temp inks onto hi-temperature vinyl and like the original factory symbol requires a varnish or lacquer to seal for long lasting use.

The letters are computer decal cut and supplied pre-spaced on a carrier sheet with release liner for quick and easy application, all you need to do is make sure the surface is clean and dry position the decal then peel and stick, for your total peace of mind a printed illustrated application instructions are include in the P&P.

All our brake decals are made using the same Hi-temperature vinyl.

This sale is for the vinyl decal cut RS style graphic only and not the brake calipers, you have to paint your vehicles brake calipers before applying.

You cannot make these all vinyl as there are four colours which have to overlap and will cause long term lamination problems, they are printed onto clear vinyl so white goes down first then three colours using UV ink and require three or four dust coats of Hi-temp lacquer so they are made similar to the factory version but they are screen printed directly onto the caliper so these are the next best thing as it’s not possible to make them any other way so they look correct.
