with only a few minor nics looking vintage clean overall finished in OldSchool nitrocellulose instrument lacquer 

JVG-patina aged finish over the sexy deep contoured body other bodies seen are for example only

No other parts but body of wood only is included no hardware no pick-guards just the relic P BASS body in SHERWOOD GREEN pearl metallic custom color

sherwood green i'm a vintage guitar guy so I like Sherwood that is a bit darker like the bass example pics see the strat and the other F bass its much lighter shades

JVGuitars Iv been painting cars since 1970 and have painted dozens of custom high end cars over 40 years Iv been a Luthier since 1992. This is built to std blueprint of the original parts can vary in size by a few MM between the body and fitting a neck often it is required of the guitar builder to “fit” the neck to a body and that is done by the assembler at time of building this is nothing new this is why Fender would sand neck or pocket use shims and so on to fine tune adjust and or fit , this prep work is to be expected and should your neck or body require you the builder to make the final fit this is ordinary and not a defect and is not returnable for such reasons.

This is a no nonsense listing, WHAT YOU SEE IS AN EXAMPLE of WHAT YOU WILL GET ... the body seen IS NOT THE BODY YOU GET as it was sold you get a similar one unique unto itself no 2 exactly the same all that said allow up to 4 weeks make body - apply thin skin Fullerplast sealer tinted yellow then primer coat white then think skin nitro lacquer black - then aged LIKE seen similar JVGuitars takes artistic license this methodof nitrocellulose instrument thin skin lacquer finishing is true to the old school way it was done by "Leo's Boys "back in the 50s-60sabout 1968 they swiched over to poly for much of the finishing we do find the ocassional exception buy not often.
