Answer: The HL laser machine is CE&FDA certified
2. How long is the shipping time?
Answer: For most of address, the Product Delivered in 7 to 10 Days Since Payment Cleared.
3. Is the machine ready to use?
Answer: We calibrated the machine well before shipment. But the machine need to setup when you take out from the package. We have technician to support the setup.
4. Can the machine engraving and cutting in a job?
Answer: Yes, even on the same Job, you can do setting with different colour in the software.and it can work on same time.
5. Can the machine be split so it can fit into my doors?
Answer: No. This machine is cabinet model. It can't split to fit.
6. Is the machine must work with computer?
Answer: It only needs to connect with computer with USB cable when you change the settings of machine. There are 3 ways to communicate with laser, computer, USB stick and Ethernet.
7. How long the laser tube is working well?
Answer: It depends how much power percentage that use the laser often.
8. Do you sell spare parts?
Answer: Yes, we sell spare parts as well, such as lens, belt etc. If you need spare parts in the future, you can buy from us.

Answer: It depends how much power percentage that use the laser often. Keep laser power under 60% for long term use, it is about 7000 hours.

17. Can HL CO2 laser machine engrave and cut on metal?
Answer: It can not cut metal. However, metals which have been coated with cermark or painted can be engraved . For exampleanodized aluminum, painted brass, or any other treated metal.
18.Is the machine must work with computer?
Answer: Must connect with computer with USB cable when you change the settings of machine. for the design files, you can transfer the file with USB memory stick to the machine, Or can download it to the machine directly with USB cable from computer.
19. Is CO2 laser easy to setup?
Answer: Different to Diode laser, CO2 laser is not plug and play and do have learning curve,laser path, focus length,material parameter, way to fire laser. For the first time buying HL laser, please give us detailed requirement about your need. We provide online technical support and videos.
20. What is the common problem using co2 laser?
Answer: In most case with unsuitable parameter, speed, acceleration, it may cause problem like wobble lines, missing steps, no cutting though.
