This early version of the GB Smart Card is 32M and does not have a USB connection. To use the Smart Card, you insert it into a GBA/GBA SP and connect a special GBA/GBA SP data cable that connects to the PC (25-pin parallel port). Since modern PCs don't usually have a 25-pin parallel port built-in, a USB to 25-pin port adapter would be required. Software is available online (We can't link) but a simple search will bring up a host of transfer utilities.
