This gag line and the structure of the mug has been used a lot across locations.. as it happens, this was sold or earned by gaining gambling points at the  Primm Resort and Casino in Primm, NV... a few miles south and west of LV.  Never heard of PRIMM?  It is the town originally named State Line. It is right on the spot where Interstate route 15 crosses into California. the place's name was changed to Primm in 1996 to avoid confusing it with the town of Stateline (all one word) in Northern Nevada near Lake Tahoe.  I have not been to the area since several years before the transformation.  

I picked up the mug at a thrift store here in NY , not at the casino in NV.  How it got to NY and how long it lived here

is a mystery .  Enjoyed the joke for a while.. now it is someone else's turn.  It makes a cute holder for silverware on

the kitchen table, or these says as a resting place for your flip phone.  Of course -you- have a flip phone right?
