Extraction method: Steam distillation of leaves and stems.
Composition: Cineol, pinene, camphene, borneol, bornyl acetate and verbenone.
Fragrance Note: Green, fresh and inspiring.
Harmonizing oils: Lavender, bergamot, basil, frankincense, thyme, verbena, cedar, petitgrain.
Romantic and cordial, rosemary acts directly on the central nervous system, balancing contradictions and cognitive fatigue. Its invigorating essence is reminiscent of the sunny, green fields of early spring, when the first buds begin to germinate on the branches of the woods.
Therapeutic properties:
Toning, analgesic, expectorant, digestive, hypertensive potential (must be uséd with caution), anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antiparasitic.
Cosmetic properties:
The antioxidant and astringent actives act as toning and illuminating hair strands.
Its antiseptic and anti-inflammatory action, due to flavonoids and phenolic acids, benefits the treatment of skin rashes, acne, psoriasis and erythema.
Soothes muscle and joint pain when incorporated into massage creams and oils.

Ways to use:
Perform the sensitivity test by applying a drop of essential oil to the inner part of the forearm and wait a few minutes. If there is sensitization or redness, stop using the product and wash the area with plenty of water.
Always dilute essential oils in carriers of vegetable origin, mineral oils and derivatives are not suitable. Do not exceed the proportion of 3% essential oil in the solution and 1.3% in the case of dermocaustic essential oils.
For aromatization in diffusers:
From 6 to 15 drops in room diffusers with water dilution; 1 to 2 drops in the personal flavoring necklace; from 3% to 5% in the composition of the base solution in sprays.
Inhalation:
From 6 to 15 drops diluted in freshly boiled water or vaporizer.
Massages:
From 3% to 5% dilution (for every 100ml of carrier oil, use 60 to 100 drops of essential oil).
Cosmetics:
From 0.5% to 3% dilution in cream, gel or vegetable oil base (for every 100ml of base use 11 to 66 drops of essential oil).
Immersion baths:
Dilute 6 to 12 drops of essential oil in a water-soluble container (mild liquid soap, shampoo) and add to the bathtub. For dermocaustic oils, reduce the number of drops to a third of the proportion.
