We, the team behind BatteryRush.com, pride ourselves in the speed and efficiency in the way we do business. BatteryRush.com offers fast shipping of high-quality batteries. BatteryRush.com ships most orders within 1 business day to the contiguous United States. We have warehouses across the whole country which shortens the delivery times. The time frame for delivery is between 2 and 5 business days. We ship every day, excluding official holidays and weekends. We ship via FedEx, the United Parcel Service (UPS), or the United States Postal Service (USPS) for smaller packages.

Important Notes:

Sales Tax may occur for orders shipped to certain states. To remove Sales Tax for you, please contact us and provide us with a Resale Certificate or Tax Exemption form.

Warranty:

We, at BatteryRush, provide a 1-year warranty on all standard SLA batteries, a 6-month warranty on all PowerSports SLA batteries, and a 1-year warranty on all PowerSports Lithium-Ion batteries. The battery chargers and maintainers, including the Sealed Lead Acid chargers, the Lithium-Ion jump starters, and other products falling in this category, are covered by a warranty determined by the manufacturer. Check the specific warranty period of this product in the characteristics of the product in this description. If you experience a failure with an item due to a manufacturer’s defect we will replace it. Please note that batteries will not be replaced if the failure is due to misuse, improper charging/storing, etc. If the received product fails to perform during that period, please contact us and we will then provide you with instructions regarding how to file a warranty claim and what you need to do (for example email us pictures of volt-meter readings).

Return and Refund:

With our Free 30-day Returns policy you may return your order free of charge within 30 days from the date of arrival. To do this, you need to contact us within these 30 days, so we could provide you with detailed return instructions. Along with the instructions you will receive, you need to start a return through eBay to get a free return label. Once you have it, you need to send your order back to us. Please make sure you'll do this before the deadline stated in the instructions. You should receive this eBay return label right after you fill out your information in the return form. You need to return your order with the original invoice. All items must be in unused and unaltered condition.

If we did send you the wrong item, the same return procedure applies and BatteryRush will send you the right replacement. 

If an item is delivered damaged, it will be exchanged at no cost with a brand new replacement. Just email us pictures of the damaged item and we will send you a new one.

Please note that we do not grant any refund if you return your package outside this 30-day period. Please do not return merchandise to our remittance address. We accept returns only when the return policy described above is followed. Some products/orders may not be returnable due to their origin, in such cases, please contact our Customer Service for more details and further instructions.
