Heirloom Quality wooden toy car.
The size of the car body is approximately 4” x 3 3/4” x 12”. It is made out of reclaimed walnut, maple, and mahogany. (Because I use reclaimed lumber from time to time there may be a very small flaws that show up in the finished product.) The wheels are 3” x 1” wide, they are made out of birch. Car weighs a little over 3 pounds which is quite heavy for a toy this size. The finish is a satin lacquer Deft product. This Will provide hours of enjoyment for a child or would look great on display in a bookcase. These are not mass produced, I make a few each month in my very small shop, and from month-to-month the wood species may change, but I’ll make that clear in the post. I hope you enjoy this beautiful little car as much as I enjoyed making it.
