I have made a primitive heart hanger from high quality flannel homespun; the back is crafted from the same fabric. This is handmade item by me and can be used as a pillow tuck, shelf sitter, peg hanger, or door hanger. I have embellished the heart with vintage buttons and a vintage lace bow. I have added a jute hanger on it for ease of display.

I added one of my self-designed primitive hang tag attached with a powder coated safety pin and rusty bell.  The tag reads Forever Friends.  If you prefer a different tag just let me know and I will exchange free of charge.
