Returns
We do not accept returns on personalised items that are misspelled UNLESS the fault is ours, in which case we will do a replacement straight away.
If your item is damaged or faulty please contact us to return, for a replacement, we will pay your return postage for damaged / faulty items.
All returns must be sent back to us via recorded delivery. Please contact us BEFORE returning any items.
