Brand New: All steelbooks are still in their original shrink wrap fromthe manufacturer and the original manufacturer’s seal (if applicable) has notbeen removed. 

Imperfections: Imperfections like a small tear or other marks in theoriginal manufacturer's cellophane wrap, will not be accepted as a reason forreturn.

Loose Discs: Discs are sometimes knocked loose on their way to you. Ihave no control over this. Loose discs are not a reason to claim the item asdamaged or faulty. Unless the case is damaged, I will not accept the return.

I cannot see if there is any damage beneath the shrink wrap or insidethe sealed items themselves so I will not be held accountable for anyimperfections that were NOT visible before opening.

Region B/Region 2 encoding. This Blu-ray willnot play on most Blu-ray players sold outside Europe and the UK. This itemrequires a region-specific or multi-region Blu-ray player and compatible TV. Ifthe discs do not play due to this reason, I will unfortunately not be able tomake a refund.
