1. Brush and floss your teeth.

2. Dry your teeth with a tissue.

3. Twist the bottom of the pen clockwise (to the right) until a little gel flow from the gel chamber on to the brush. For first use you may need more twisting.

4. Smile wide keeping lips away from your teeth.

5. Use even brush strokes to apply a thin layer of gel to each tooth. Do not apply gel to the gums.

6. Relax your lips after 30 seconds.

7. Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after treatment.

8. Use twice daily until your teeth have reached your desired shade of white.

9. Be sure to replace the lid, to keep the serum from drying out. Store in a cool place preferably refrigerate.

1. Take an edge, pull the soft strip off the plastic film, face the gel side to the surface of tooth.

2. Looking in a mirror, align the straight edge of strip to the gum, gently press and adjust the strip with finger, making it completely adhere to the tooth surface.

3. Repeat using the second strip.

4. Remove the teeth whitening strips and discard after 30 minutes.

5.Clean off any remaining gel residue by brushing your teeth or gargling.

CAUTION: 

1. Do not use this product if suffering from dental ulcers, broken gum, or after oral surgery.         

2. The user with sensitive teeth should reduce the application frequency.
