Firstly, sorry, I can’t type out the word for cleaning,testing etc. that starts with “re” (you know) because only certified sellers can and I am not one of them. I just use ê to trick the mechanism.

Here you can buy yourself a rêfurbishеd PlayStation 3 (Model CECHG04) with 40GB of storage.

It has the slightly older software 4.81 installed which is great for things like CFW.

With “rêfurbishеd” I mean that I opened up the system completely, repaired it, cleaned it (brush & cloth+isopropyl), applied new thermal paste&replaced the old thermal pads (picture 16) and tested it fully.

It works flawlessly, even after around half an hour (Most spare time I had to test) of Assassins Creed it still ran quiet in a well ventilated space.

It’s completely reset, only some settings are changed so you have the best experience while gaming on your new system.

Included are FIFA 10 (CIB), FIFA 11 (Disk Only), FIFA 12 (CIB), power cable, av cable, ethernet cable and a controller charging station.

The PlayStation has some scratches on the shiny top&bottom covers, which are normal on almost every PS3, because they just appear by looking at the console ;) The front cover that goes over the disk drive has some more damage (picture 8+9) which are also not that noticeable from a distance.
