Vintage 1980's Toni Petite new wave style peplum dress in red and black, size 10P. This fun dress is 100% polyester and features a peplum button front bodice with a round neckline, long sleeves, shoulder pads, puffed shoulders, an elasticized waist, and an ultra mod print of women in red on a black background; the skirt is straight with a 9.5" kick pleat at the back.
