Fine antique Dinner Menu used at the Dinner to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of Queen Victoria, beautifully printed with VRI surmounted by a crown in gold, pink and green with symbols such as the Scottish thistle and English rose, dated 21st June 1887 - this menu comes from the collection of King Carlos I of Portugal and his wife Queen Amelie and is accompanied by an invitation to the King and Queen as Crown Prince and Crown Princess to attend an Afternoon Party at Buckingham Palace dated 29th June 1887 as part of the celebrations for Queen Victoria, beautifully embossed with the arms of the Lord Chamberlain
