I receive these keychains in 2010, 2011. While my brother was working for rockstar games in Manhattan. I have a 20 year old eBay account and it seems like I’ve sold so many things . But I have many more to sell. I noticed most eBay members are selling these for $40 or more USED!! As a re-introduction. I’m going join them at $39.99 for a NEW UNTOUCHED keychain -  When I under cut the competition by 50% there were customers who offered me $5 or $7 . Price has now increased!!    What you are getting is an incredible metal alloy keychain. When it was originally made, there were three final prototypes. This one was the chosen item simply because of its webbing and its closeness to the actual US currency. The metal alloy is also placed inside of the green webbing. All in all this is an incredibly well done piece of swag. Most of these keychains were given out with the purchase of GTA four at limited Walmart locations. Happy bidding
