ADVANCED COMPLEX OF CREATINE, ARGININE, GLUTAMINE AND CITRULIN. NITROBOLON is a powdered creatine "stack" that combines L-arginine malate, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate and citrulline malate with effective forms of creatine. NITROBOLON contains creatine, which increases physical performance in the event of successive short, very intense exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained when consuming 3 g of creatine daily.

DIRECTIONS

Dissolve a single serving of the product - 15 g (2.5 scoops) in 300 ml of water, using a shaker. Use 1 serving daily. On training days: 1st serving 30 min. before training. On non-training days: 1st serving 30 min. before the main meal.

WARNINGS

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product. Varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Azorubine may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. The product may contain allergens such as: milk, soy, wheat, barley, oats, eggs, peanuts and nuts.
