Universal starter consists of a high torque electric motor equipped with an I/O switch and rubber insert adapter. You can start by pushing the adapter with the insert onto the propeller spinner (with a diameter of at least 38mm). The adapters are usually provided with a recess for starting engines with V-belts in cars or ships. Or a plastic starting insert ("plate") can be placed on the adapter. The insert must be reversed to start engines with a small spinner or Dural spinner nut.
I have had this for some time and never used. It looks to be brand new.
