Ingredients : Finger Millet Flour (Kurakkan) Noodles:-

How to make:-

1.    Fill a large pan with water and bring to a rolling boil.

2.    Season the water with roughly 1 tablespoon of salt and 1/2 tablespoon oil.

3.    Stir the water and add the Noodles, ensuring it is completely submerged

4. Boil until noodles are soft, it will take around 5-6 minutes. Stir occasionally in between.
5. Make a spicy mixture by adding garlic, onion egg and spices powder.
