The Simon Chang skirt and top set is a stylish and versatile outfit perfect for any occasion.
The
skirt is made of a lightweight polyester fabric that falls to just
below the knee, features a flattering, flowy A-line silhouette and a
jewel toned striped waist band with a zipper and button closure on the
back.
The top is a long-sleeved blouse with a classic jewel toned
striped collar and button-down front, two pockets on the chest and is
made of the same polyester fabric as the skirt.
