FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (UPDATED 2022)

 

1.   Why are your shipping costs so high?

My shipping costs include a handling fee which covers packaging tape, Sharpies, and a small percent for my fees. If I sold more my handling fees would be lower, but unfortunately, I do not sell at a large volume.

2.   Why such a long handling/shipping period?

Being a single mother along with a job limits my time in getting packages ready. My shipping days are as followed: Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday. The other days not listed I either work late or my children have commitments, so the post office is out of the question. 

3.   Do these items come from a pet free/smoke free home?

These items only come from a cat-free home. However, items that I acquire outside of the home may have been exposed to other pets or smoke. I do try my best to disclose in the listing if there is some type of odor to the item(s). 

4.   Do you ship internationally?

I only ship internationally via the eBay Shipping Center.

5.   What is your return policy?

I NO LONGER ACCEPT RETURNS!!

However, if I catch a problem before shipment I will notify the buyer and let their discretion determine if they still want the item or not. If the item is no longer wanted I will be happy to refund you.
