This is a lovely double-sided ponte knit that features large poppies in magenta on white from Cavalli. This is a medium-weight knit (comparable to light flannel shirting), with some stretch. Because it is double-sided, this is ideal for applications where the reverse will show.

Because of the weight and the low-stretch, this is PERFECT for people who are new to sewing knits - it's super stable and doesn't fight you, it lays out easily and is a very cooperative fabric!! You can use this in woven-fabric patterns very easily, and will just get a nice, comfortable, fit. This great knit would be perfect for loungewear, t-shirts and tunics, wrap cardigans, dresses, and more, for kids or adults!!

Across the grain, 2" stretches to 3", with the grain, it's almost the same.
