This is a Tecumseh HMSK80, 90, 100 and even fits the 11hp and some other 8+ hp engines. Has the provision for Electric Starter, with teeth on the ring gear. The flywheel is part number 611093, and this kit includes a 611111 18w alternator kit. Perfect for running a headlight, and can even power heated grips, though it's a tad weak for that.
