This is 1/16 Oliver Helle 2255 Wide Front with Cab and Duals.  The Oliver tractor is made of diecast metal and rubber tires.  It features a number of realistic features, including functional steering, a detailed engine compartment, rear duals, and a detailed cab interior.  The replica measures approximately 10" L x 6" W x 6.5" H.  Recommended for ages 14+, display only, not intended for play.  All moving components have limitations, do not force movement or overextend.
