Condition is "Used". This item is super rare to find as they have been Discontinued by GM for a very long time and Aftermarket units don’t work. Part came out of a 1992 Camaro Z28 1LE with a 5.0L TPI with a T- 5-speed with 55K. Item comes ready to install and comes with sensor, gear, bolt, and pig-tail connector.
