Movie Synopsis: Bond is back... and this time he's on his own! James Bond enters the nineties with his new adventure set in Latin America, Licence to Kill. On holiday in the Florida Keys, Timothy Dalton as 007 is about to serve as the best man at the wedding of his former CIA friend, Felix Leiter (David Hedison), and his bride, Della Churchill (Priscilla Barnes). On their way by limo to the church in Key West, Bond, Leiter and his fisherman buddy, Sharkey (Frank McRae), are stopped by a Coast Guard helicopter. The helicopter swoops down to report that billionaire drug lord Franz Sanchez (Robert Davis) is, at that moment, within reach in the nearby Bahamas! Leiter, who has left the CIA and is now in charge of the South Florida office of the Drug Enforcement Agency, has been desperately trying to bring the vicious criminal, who has remained invulnerable under the protection of bought politicians in Latin America, to justice. Armed with extradition papers, Leiter now seizes his chance to capture his quarry.
