1.) All product was obtained directly from Bath & Body Works (BBW) in the Central Ohio area, home to BBW's headquarters, as well as its main distribution and manufacturing operation.  

2.) "Test Store" candle refers to limited release scents (or refreshed/new packaging for existing scents) to test market acceptance of a fragrance under consideration for nationwide release. These scents are generally available in only 3-5 stores within the Unites States for a short period of time.

3.) Pictures may contain multiple items for ease of viewing and/or styling purposes. All candles are sold individually (stated price is equal to one 3-wick candle). 

4.) The BBW manufacturing processes are highly inconsistent. Candle scent characteristics, performance (throw, strength, and/or degree of sooting), as well as wick placement and type, can vary widely across batches within a release and/or with release of new/refreshed packaging. Inconsistencies observed for candles purchased should be directed to your local BBW store or online customer service (including, but not limited to, inquiries, request for return/exchange, and/or communication of product satisfaction and performance), as nature of the items do not allow for return to us or exchange. Purchase implies agreement to these terms.

5.) Please be aware candles are often exposed to significant temperature fluctuations during transit of your order and can cause cracking of the wax. Unfortunately, this is not something for which we have control and are not responsible should it occur. While unsightly, our experience indicates cracks will dissipate after first burn of the candle. Please connect with BBW online customer service with any questions or concerns. 

6.) USPS, UPS and FedEx tracking may not reflect updates for several days. On occasion, no information will be available within tracking until delivery. Please check to ensure the expected delivery date provided by the eBay platform has passed by at least 7 business days (business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and all Federal holidays) prior to reaching out for information or assistance. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any information or assistance prior to that time due to carrier guidelines. 

7.) Your satisfaction is always our #1 priority! In the rare circumstance of damage to product(s) during shipping, we will resolve the matter quickly. Photos are required to process a refund and must include each and all of the following: (i) 2 photos of the damaged product from 2 different angles; (ii) 2 photos of the parcel's interior packaging; and (iii) 2 photos of the parcel's exterior packaging, one of which must include the affixed shipping label. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any exceptions to our policy, and a request that does not meet all photo requirements specified above cannot be processed.
