Toy Story 2 Interactive Talking Train Set Boxed Spares or repair (read description)

This is sold as not working for spare parts of repair

As the train powers on but does not go around the track , the back cover is much swing from the remote control battery cover and the ZURG train does not lift up when it was moving .

May be simple to fix, but as I can’t be sure it’s sold for spares and NOT WORKING
