This full-size standard Gankogui (Gon-Koe-KWI) produces bright, open tones in the low register and brighter, higher tones in the high register. Use with any percussion ensemble to keep time and add musical variety. Also known as agogo bell, double bell or hi-low bell, gankogui is used in various African percussion but traditionally originated with the Anlo-Ewe people of Ghana.
