Our Testing Procedure
We follow a strict testing procedure to ensure that every iPod we sell is in perfect working condition. Here is a summary of the testing process this iPod has passed:
- iPod is inspected for any physical damage or defects and all parts that are less than perfect are replaced.
- iPod is verified to be recognized by iTunes.
- iPod is connected to a computer and synced with music and videos to ensure that the 1TB of storage is functioning properly.
- Audio playback is tested through the headphone jack and through the dock connector's line out.
- Battery life is tested to ensure that it is holding a charge and that the 3000mAh battery is functioning properly.
- All buttons and ports are tested to ensure that they are functioning properly.

Payment is due upon purchase. If you make an offer and it is accepted, please pay as soon as possible. Failure to do so will result in your purchase cancelled and / or your account and address being blocked from bidding on any listings on ebay and elsewhere. There is generally a lead time for crafting custom iPods of 1-7 business days, depending on parts availability, holidays and time when purchased. Returns & Refunds	International Orders
I make these one at a time by hand, and thoroughly test them before shipping. As such I do not accept returns or refunds. If by some chance it arrives to you in a nonfunctioning state, please contact me and I will make sure your issue is dealt with. Depending on the item, you will either be cross-shipped a replacement, or you will send it to me to be repaired and returned at no cost to you. Items that showo sigs of being opened will not be accepted. I install things in such ways that indicate to me if the housing has been opened by someone else. If it has been opened by someone else, I will offer to repair it for a minimal fee, with parts paid for by you.	International orders can be completed through eBay's Global Shipping Program. I have access to discounted international shipping as well, so feel free to reach out to me before purchase to see if it's feasible for me to ship directly to you. Otherwise eBay's program is seamless and works out well.
